The location was great, with multiple metro stops within 15 minutes walk, many dining options nearby, and a nice public square right outside its doors. Stayed at this Hostal for 3 nights and I cannot recommend it enough if you just want somewhere to drop your bags off and explore the city. Prior to arrival I had a few questions and messaged them through WhatsApp, they were very quick to reply. In terms of location it’s at about a 2 minute walk from the Gran Via metro station and was not difficult to find. All the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, always a bonus when my Spanish is very rusty! No major negatives about this property, the private bathroom could allow for some extra leg space for its toilet as that was a bit cramped for someone who is 6ft2, the AC was a touch temperamental as well but the window fully opened so this wasn’t catastrophic. Would absolutely stay here again in future!
