Solo trip to Madrid.

The location is great. It’s central to tons of shopping, great eateries and not far from the train station. 15 minute drive from the airport as well. The beds are a little firm but I happen to like firm beds. The staff are unbelievably friendly and are always ready to go above and beyond for you.

This is my second stay and I think in my futures trips to Madrid I will stay here. They upgraded my room and get 20% discount in my final food and beverage bill, as a Gold status. This hotel is very european and classic, conveniently locate between Callao y Gran Via Metro stations. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Will stay again.

The hotel and rooms were great. My only concern is that my son left his bag with toiletries in the room and when we reached out to Hotel Atlantico, we were told they didn't find anything. I am sure the cleaning crew found it and they didn't report it found or place it in the lost and found. That is the only thing that was disappointing about our experience, but dishonesty is more disappointing than anything else they could have done. We likely won't be staying there again and will not be referring the location to others due to that dishonesty. Disappointing!

Fabulous Hotel in the Heart of Madrid

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with wonderful air conditioning. One evening was a little noisy courtesy of a large family on the hall - hopefully in the future the staff will curtail this type of behavior. However, overall, a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return!
