To be honest I have no complain about my stay, the hotel was on La Gran Via, close to everything, and the staff and room were phenomenal. Special thanks to Ivan, the security guard of the hotel(El boricua salsero), he was super helpful and awsome with us, very friendly and informative, bless his heart.

Great location with easy walking access to the restaurants and theatre. Staff were very helpful. Lots of options to choose from the breakfast buffet. The only downside side was the elevators were very slow.
