Great location, right on the corner of plaza Sol which makes it convenient if you want to be in the downtown area and also if you don't. Only downfall was no hair dryer in the room but people were super nice about everything and the room was clean and well kept. There was also an area on the second floor open to the guests which was great to work from.

The hotel is on the edge of Puerta del Sol (a minute or so to the Sol Metro & train station), as well as only a few hundred metres from Plaza Mayor, so is very convenient for transport, shopping and dining out. My room was always spotlessly cleaned and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room and the hotel staff were great, but there is no way to get your luggage to the hotel. There is no parking and the garage is miles away. The hotel doesn’t offer any assistance with it either.

This location can't be beat if you want to "be in the action." It's less than a mile walk to a fabulous market and several world-renowned museums. Lots of bar and restaurant options. Room was compact, but quiet and had all of the modern essentials. The second floor lounge is a relaxing spot with lots of comfortable seating. Breakfast was included with our booking and was great - with many options to choose from. It is somewhat pricey to purchase on a daily basis. We were much more satisfied with our stay here than at a previous hotel in close proximity. Great value.

The location was great and the breakfast delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are small but fine for a short stay. The location made up for any shortcomings.
From Madrid airport get off at stop Sol and walk a block. Easy!

Hotel is located at the exit of the metro station, Sol, very convenient location. The double window and blackout curtain make night sleep very well. Love the toiletries from the hotel. Room is small but washroom is quite big. Will come back!

This was my first time visiting Madrid. The hotel was set up very well and the staff was very friendly. From a perspective of location, I couldn’t have asked for one better. It is only a few steps away from Puerta del Sol.
