Soy miembro de expedía por más de 15 años . He utilizado siempre sus reservas y puedo sugerirles consideren mi opinión como viajero regular.Dos noches de estadía fueron suficientes para llevarme la mejor impresión del hotel PAX Atocha .Sus cuartos están limpios , en buenas condiciones y en una lugar que sin ser el centro de Madrid te llevan a una localización bien cómoda para conectarte a la parte histórica . A pocos minutos tienes zonas importantes como Barrio de las Letras o el Museo del Prado . Y sobre todo la terminal Atocha por si deseas excursiones a sitios como Toledo . El personal es muy amable sobre todo el Front desk dispuestos siempre a ayudarte en lo que gustes . Merecido destaque para : Nuria, Patricia, Javier, Carmen y Silvia ! El desayuno no lo valore pues no utilize ese servicio en el lugar que también tiene cercano opciones a destacar . Mi más alta recomendación para este hospedaje .

Lovely hotel and great staff managing an a/c issue imposed by their management (Im guessing). Despite the extremely warm conditions the a/c would not be turned on making the rooms like a furnace! The solution was to open the windows meaning curtains had to be left open but worse the noise from outside from motor bikes and rubbish/glass collections meant sleep was impossible. I can’t recommend a property where sleep cannot be attained. I experienced 2 days of exhaustion! Such a shame as the hotel is lovely and the staff professional but solutions inappropriate…

Greet location amazing staff clean well designed rooms , but when other rooms doors shut it shook my bed and the inter web constantly signed me off , I found a lack of cell service as well . Breakfast was clean and grey not 25$ worth but happy staff clean and effectively kept up . Close to skydance animation and some local hubs and of course the train station

New hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area. The staff are friendly and super helpful. We had an issue when one of us fell ill and they helped to extend the check out a little. Rooms are spotless and breakfast options modest but perfectly adequate ahead of the food fest that awaits in Madrid.
