The elevator system could go with some improvements. We also had no access to the rooftop due to two days of private functions. Otherwise the hotel was really nice and its location quite superb.

Friendly. Check in, good amenities, nice room. The roof top bar was CLOSED for private events both days I was there so what was a big selling point for this hotel wasn’t available. If I’d known I would have booked somewhere else because there’s plenty of other good hotels to chose from

The property is overall very nicely located and easy to travel from. It was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. However the service left a LOT to be desired😖! Here are a couple of examples: once when asked the doorman to call us a cab he just pointed to the taxi driving by and said that you will find it there! How unprofessional!! Also we were leaving early for a trip so I asked them to provide some croissants or something to the room ( mind you this is a hotel that does full breakfast) and they refused since it was about 10 minutes before 7 — there usual time😟. In summary facilities and location good customer service bad!

Check in was extremely smooth and fast, the room was amazing! We walked in and were immediately impressed with our room! It was clean and extremely quiet, directions for how to cast from our phone to the TVs was super simple. The shower/ water pressure were great and they have shampoo and conditioner that smelt great. There was a little fridge, kettle, iron/ ironing board which was helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of options and good fresh foods as well. Staff was quick, efficient and very nice/helpful. Checkout was also just as quick. Wish we would have had more than one night so we could have checked out the roof bar but based on the rest of the hotel I would venture to bet it’s just as good! If I ever come back to Madrid I will absolutely be booking here again!
