I stayed on the 21st floor of this hotel and loved the view of beautiful Madrid from my terrace! It was so relaxing to wake up and overlook the city! The 26th floor had a 360 rooftop view of the city that was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this hotel, it’s in a great area right on the gran via and walking distance to everything!

Very nice and well located hotel but no A/C

The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. Even than the nights are cold, the room was hot as the sun was facing our window. We complained with the staff as we are used to have AC in the US and they asked us to keep the window open, which was not helpful due to the street noise and not enough to cool down the temperature that was almost 80 when we went to bed.

10 star hotel

Our trip was in winter. We had a suite and it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, amazing view. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The attention and hospitality was a 10 for me. We walked everywhere since it was centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores all around it. Their 360 Rooftop views of Madrid were stunning.

We stayed there at the beginning and end of our Spain trip. I was concerned with the size of the hotel verses the size of the gym. We called them and asked before the trip. Having access to a treadmill is improtant to me. I pay extra for a hotel that offered a good gym. They assured us the gym isn’t busy even though the hotel is very large. Well that was not true. At one point there were nine people in there and others waiting for equipment. Also there is no AC in the gym this time of year. That many people working out and no air was not good. Also we requested two weeks ahead of time an early check in if possible. Told them we weren’t interested in storing bags as we had a very long journey. When we arrived our room was empty and we were told we would have it very soon. They had a rush on it to be cleaned. We waited two hours and it seemed to bother them that we didn’t give them our bags. Everyone was nice and I will say it is very clean. I do think though even the lobby can’t handle the amount of people staying there. We went to the roof top one night and left as it was so crowded.
