We had a room that looked out on Gran Via. There is a lot of activity and noise out there, but the dual pane windows kept all of the noise out. Curtains made it dark. Easy to sleep with very comfortable bed. Complimentary beverages in the in-room refridgerator. Overall very happy with the room and service. The rooftop bar is very nice, we went up twice for meals. Would stay again.
