The hotel is near the airport and has shuttle. It has very good restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast has so many items. Nice people, clean and quiet room, good services, and inexpensive price made a good experience.

I will probably not stay at this property again, primarily because of issues with the shuttle service. This hotel is within site of the Madrid airport and obviously most of the people who stay here are flying in and out of the airport. There isn't anything else near the hotel that would lure people to stay here. So, it was very disappointing that the shuttle service was very poor. First, they only offer shuttles every 45 minutes and can only take 13 people at a time. You cannot sign up for the shuttle ahead of time; instead, they tell you to come down at least 15 minutes before departure time and wait in line. When we arrived on time to get in line, there were already more than 13 people, which meant we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. We needed to be at the airport sooner, so we had to call an Uber to take us to the airport. Thus, we were not able to use one of this hotel's main selling points (free shuttle to and from the airport). We had other options with lower nightly rates that we did not choose because they did not offer free shuttle service. So, beware!

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. The hotel is comfortable - we slept really well. However there is no information throughout the hotel about simple things such as opening times for the restaurant and pool, check-out times, local transport tips/links so we had to keep looking for information online. There is a rooftop terrace but nothing on it (no bar/seats/loungers). There is no shelf in the shower for your own toiletries (though shampoo and shower gel is provided). The food in Hatsy restaurant was excellent, once you knew it was open and serving, though they don't yet serve everything on the menu (including some cocktails/drinks). Decor is funky. The shuttle bus service needs improvement - it arrives at the airport roughly once every 45mins but the times aren't reliable and it stops around lunchtime on a Saturday; whether it runs on a Sunday is unclear! However it's easy to order a taxi from the hotel (staff will arrange for you) and costs €14-€18 to the airport. There is an express bus from the airport into the city which costs €5 each way - takes about 40mins and we found the most direct/easy way to get into Madrid. There are nice cafes etc. in the local neighbourhood but we found these through google as there was no local info in the hotel: SantaGloria cafe (about 10min walk away) is excellent for breakfast/coffee/light lunch. Overall the hotel provided the functions we needed and we did sleep really well, but there are some improvements to be made.

The worse hotel ever 😫

Not so good. I asked for iron board, never came since we left. Stayed for 5 days. No fridge bar, no bottle of water, no tea or coffee. The worse experience we had. The hotel bus take forever. When we arrived we waited more than 30 min, we decided to take táxi. Not good at all .

Great service overall

Great service. I was checking previous reviews and was hesitant on this but they did deliver. I was able to get shuttle to and from the airport which is a big plus. Breakfast is great and hotel restaurant offers a delicious selection of food. Big thumbs up from the team. Thank you.

A lovely brand new hotel, excellent facilities and a very friendly staff, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Excellent comfortable rooms and ensuite. Air conditioning, amazing comfortable beds. Basic, but a decent selection of excellent food, good selection for breakfast (buffet style), and well worth the €11. A ten minute walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to Valdebebas train station which is the Renfe (NOT the metro) which costs €3.40 for 2 people single fare to the main tourist centre Sol ( with one change at Chamartin) Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room, tea and coffee readily available from the bar or restaurant. Overall an excellent hotel in a very clean quiet area.

The place was clean, with air-conditioner. Excellent breakfast. They don’t have the possibility of late check out, but you can stay in the Lobby as long as you need. I could not take the Transfer to the airport due to the restricted hours they work. Anyway, I would come back anytime.
