Beautiful apartment completely renovated and modern style located next to Madrid Rio and the Royal Palace. Fully equipped, a very comfortable and cozy place to spend a few days in the capital in a privileged area. Perfect for the stay of 3 people with all the comforts of a premium site.
The space has a living-dining room area, decorated with designer furniture, with a comfortable and spacious sofa and the best qualities, it has a Smart TV, high-speed Internet and a round dining table.
The kitchen: American-style open to the living-dining room space, it is equipped with everything you need for your enjoyment. With complete kitchenware, cutlery, coffee maker, electric toaster and kettle. You will also have appliances such as a modern washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The bedroom has a comfortable 1.50cm double bed, perfect for 2 people to rest comfortably. It has a large exterior window so it is very bright and has a blind and curtains to sleep without the disturbance of light if preferred. It has a large built-in wardrobe with hangers and enough space to store clothes and belongings.
The bathroom is completely renovated with the best qualities, it has a modern sink with a backlit mirror, a toilet and a large shower tray with a glass screen.
The apartment is located in a unique building, one of the towers of the Segovia bridge next to the Manzanares River, very quiet and with exterior windows on all sides. It does not have an elevator but this accommodation is located on the first floor, you only have to go up one floor and the stairs are wide and easily accessible.
The access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation yourself with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and effective system. You will use an access code during your stay, specially created for you and active for the duration of your reservation.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.

L hote répond rapidement aux questions posées.Mais l appartement ne contient pas le minimum : vaisselle,sièges.Les fenêtres du séjour sont recouvertes d un film qui enlève toute transparence.L immeuble est très mal insonorisé.L appartement est très bien situé pour les transports en commun et dans un quartier sympa.
