Very convenient location. Within walking distance from many major tourist attractions. Nice place to stay. It has a washing machine. Definitely a plus!

Over the years I have learned to trust Expedia's reviews and ratings of properties, but this time with Mola Suites they were WAY off, this property hardly qualifies for a 2 star rating it houses a hostel in the same building with very shady people, homeless sleeping across the street, very loud at night, rude front desk clerks, we had to move to another property and lost a night (very expensive) do not even consider this "4 star" nightmare, shame on Expedia not to check before giving it an 8.8 rating

The suites on upper floors were great. Spacious, clean, balcony views, superb kitchen facilities. Good air con, good location in heart of city. Bustling noise at night, but no worse than any other capital city!

Excelente ubicación! A pesar de ser en el centro, no se siente el ruido de la calle porque esta muy bien aislado, apto para un buen descanso. El espacio de los apartamentos suites es muy amplio y completo, con cocina completa (menos horno), muchas sabanas, almohadas y cobijas. Muy bien climatizado, con Madrid a 40 grados junca sentimos calor en la habitación.

Front desk staff was nice. The surrounding area was very very dirty and noisy, lots of homeless living in the plaza in front of the hotel. Location is great but didn't feel safe.

Mola Suites sits in the heart of Madrid and the aparthotel suites were perfect for us after many days in hotels in Spain. The washer dryer and dish washer were very useful. So many activities organized by Mola for people in the hostel but they were very accommodating of us. Breakfast was good too. Overly, highly recommend this property for caring staff and good amenities.

Disappointed with the service desk. When asked about taxi to go back to airport, wantedly called someone like doing an help but realized that he trapped me into a taxi that charges me more than others. Won't turn on the meter either.

The apartment was very functional although did NOT have a accessible balcony. The area outside the apartment is very busy, the property is very central, however, there is also a homeless unit nearby, with people sleeping on the street outside the apartment, this did result in a fair bit of noise. The flat above was also very noisy late at night, into the early hours of the morning, we did report this to reception but no action was taken. Also watch out when getting into the shower (over the bath), it is very slippery, I fell and hurt my leg, could easily have been a broken bone.

Loved our stay. I was hesitant staying in a hostel as I was travelling alone with my 2 kids. Very pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, safe and just all around wonderful. The location was perfect and everything is walkable or easily accessible by metro or bus. I would recommend it to anyone. Whether travelling alone or as a family. I’d book it again

Good location. Room was clean, plenty of space for four people. Kitchen utensils were enough for our group. Freezer drawers were frozen shut. Bathroom had no ventilation. Sofa was comfortable enough to sleep on. Asked them ahead of time to arrange pickup to go to the airport, but they did not do it.

Nice location for the Madrid downtown. Right at the city center. Most things are at walkable distance. Just one caution, you may hear some traffic noise at night, since the hotel is in busy central area.
