Our stay at New Point Madrid Opera was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to historic sites and public transportation. The service was top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room itself exceeded our expectations—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax after long days of exploring the city. Everything about our experience here was perfect. I would absolutely stay at New Point Madrid Opera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

We arrived very late but that was not a problem because there is 24hr Front Desk Manager who was very helpful. We only stayed one night and this hotel property was perfect for what we needed. All staff and management at the front reception were polite and extremely helpful with any requests eg booking multiple taxis during our stay. Muchos gracias 🙏

Very welcoming reception, very accommodating - twice we left our keys locked in the apartment and the gentlemen at the reception were helpful. Very safe; most conveniently located. Don’t miss breakfast at La Dolce Vita. Most comfortable beds - my back pain was no where to be felt. Very clean.

The place is really nice and well located, the only issue is the noise from other rooms. We would wake up in the middle of the night with a door slapping or voices or laughs, which probably says the walls are not really sound prove. If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs for sure. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Excellent location in the city center with most attractions within walking distance. Metro stations are at short walking distances. Several restaurants and shops are in close vicinity. there seems to be a disconnect with all the wonderful reviews and our experience. location was good, customer service was decent but the 2 bedroom unit we got was very cramped. Also there is a very noisy construction immediately beside/below? the property.

The location is super nice, few minutes from every thing including SOL station. Easy to get Atocha or Moncloa station. Staff at the desk all speak very clear English, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is terrace on 4th floor, we could smoke.
