Great location across from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. Very convenient. Got a family room with a bunk bed and terrace that was spacious and comfortable. Main complaints were strong scented cleaning products outside our room, could not get room temperature below 22C and no ice (except for a few tiny cubes by the entrance).

Lots of great restaurants around, mini market is next door for water and drinks, Plaza Mayor is also 1 minute walk. Everything is very convenient and easy accessible. Property is very clean and staff is friendly.
