The location is perfect. It is walkable to everywhere - tourist attractions, the bus to the airport, train station and many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and varied ( they even catered for GI❤️), the staff were so helpful, the indoor bar was a great place to relax and the rooftop bar was also great. The only negative was the nightclub next door. We could hear the music in our room until 3am, the music was muffled, it was more the beat of the music that vibrated. While this didn’t really bother us, it may others. Perhaps ask for a room away from the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel inside but very noisy nightclub next door meant non stop noise in the early hours of the morning with groups existing the club waiting outside hotel , noise unbearable to be able to sleep

Great location and nice room

This hotel is in an excellent location- close to the train station, and the Prado. Gran Via is only 15 min away, and the historic centre about 20 min. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was small but comfortable, nicely decorated and appointed. We faced the street but had no issue with noise.

5-star Hotel

This is a 5 star hotel, modern and up to date! They even had water dispensers in the hallways where your could get still or bubble water! The location was also great, you could walk everywhere you need to go, the palace, the museum and even the train station.

Great hotel, good location, amazing staff!

We loved this hotel for the location, the comfort, small but significant features like coffee maker and small fridge in the room, and very nice touch of offering water and sparkling water dispenser and a nice glass reusable water bottle in the room. Upon our arrival, we asked for a quiet room. They upgraded us to a room facing the gardens and we did not any street noise.

Nice but I’ll pass on a second stay

The hotel is super cute and the stay wasn’t entirely bad but there were a couple of things that made me not want to come back here. Thankfully, I had 2 beds in my room because one of the beds had hair all in the sheets. I started to complain but since the other bed was clean I let it go. Second, the room was super hot when I arrived. I set the thermostat and left to explore the city. When I came back the room was still hot. I called the front desk for help around midnight and they sent someone. It took a second but we figured out that the circuit breaker was off for some reason. After about an hour the fan from the A/C unit started to make this loud squeaking noise. I learned this was the reason why the breaker was off and I had to turn it back off to sleep. I told the front desk again and the person that came to the room to investigate said he’ll see about another room for me and he nor anyone else ever got back to me about this. The breakfast had nice options but I did ask for a hard boiled egg for my avocado toast and they ignored me and gave me a runny egg anyway. Thankfully I only had a short stay here, 2 nights.
