Great location. Good gym with full sets of dumbbells and a Smith machine. Good size bathroom. A little noisy at night with the night life, but comes with the territory I suppose. I’d stay again if I’m in Madrid.

The overall stay was good but there are two main negative things: 1. The glass windows are not sound proof properly. We were on the 7th floor and we were woken up by crowd noises on the street at 3AM. We could hear everything. 2. The sofa bed that we asked for needs replacement. I had lower back pain in the morning because it was like sleeping on uneven steel beams.

The place was really noisy and unwelcoming when I arrived. They have an event taking over the whole of the ground floor with the reception desk just being a person in a stand next to the lift. It didn’t scream to me 4 * Additionally, they write welcoming note with the room name so I was concerned they gave me the wrong room. More importantly, I have tried to contact them because I left something behind and it has been impossible, no by phone or email.

My experience during this stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and despite booking for four people, we were only provided with two towels. I called to request additional coffee pods for the in-room machine and was told they would be brought up, but they never arrived. On top of that, the rooftop—which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel—was completely inaccessible for both days of my stay due to a “private event” that lasted all day and night. This was never communicated beforehand, and it significantly impacted the overall experience. For the price and expectations, the service and accommodations fell far below what they should be. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is very close to many attractions including Museo Del Prado and Museo Reina Sofia we planned to visit. It is also steps away from a subway station. There are plenty of food choices around. The hotel is modern, service very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awful night with construction sound day and night. Had terrible head with the loud annoying sounds. Also we left the room like 3pm afternoon. The room didn't get clean at all after we back. Called the front desk that responded housekeeping off work at 5pm. Well, the hotel shows 4 stars when we booking. But you can expect 3 stars maximum. No service at all.

Clean room, breakfast buffet was easily accessible but eggs made to order is not part of the buffet. Service was good in reception area but could improve in the restaurant. There was a recently hired employee who gave good service and really made an effort to assist us. Wish I could remember his name. The club next to the hotel has a retracting roof and it was on and off noisy all night until the club closed. Our room was right next to the club which made it hard to get a good nights sleep on Friday and Saturday night. Lol. Overall it was a good stay, we liked the decorations/vibe of the hotel and our suite was very roomy. The closeness to a lot of tourist sites and dining was great, we walked everywhere!

Our stay was quite uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, and we woke up each morning with sore shoulders and backs. The toilet seat had black hair stuck in its crevices, which was unhygienic. The closet was filled with storage items labeled for a different room, making it unusable. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly, causing water to flow across the entire bathroom floor.
