We liked this hotel and especially the area where it is located. The room is a bit dark and could use better lighting. Friendly front desk Lots of dining options around the hotel. Breakfast was too pricey for us at $22E each.

A wonderful stay. It was very clean, staff were excellent, location is great, lots to do, breakfast is good as well. Big thank yous to Alicia and Marcos for great recommendations. We had room 508 with two beautiful skylight type views with auto retractable shades and window opening.

The staff are amazing! Friendly and accommodating. The standard room is small But has everything you need including a very comfortable bed and pillows! Bonus was a Juliet balcony with a window to open, to check on the weather and get some fresh air. Breakfast was convenient, saving time for touring the city. The coffee decent and good variety including made to order egg dishes.lastly, the location is perfectly placed between plaza mayor/the palace and cathedral in one direction and the museums/ Retiro park!!
