The air conditioning went out and was not fixed when asked, nobody came to clean the room, and we couldn’t get any extra towels, we only had two towels the whole time. It was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom door also did not lock. The location is great though :)

It’s not just the place, it’s the people working in there as well. They’re such kind hearted beings that will go above and beyond for their guests. They made me feel like I was at home. The property itself is beautiful and have a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views. I will definitely come back and stay here again!

The location is amazing but the service is terrible! Spent 5 nights and no housekeeping even once! Why would you have to request for your lines to be changed if you are paying for 5 nights!? That tells you everything! I reported issue, and requested for an upgrade to a private room and they were fast to say no. Never again

Great central location, ladies only dorm, quiet. Hard to find due to insufficient instructions that its on 3rd floor of building with poor marking at entrance. Ensuite shared bathroom too small and cramped with loud exhaust fan and light that was distracting for sleep. Shower cubicle also needs to be updated. No cooking facilities.
