All check in and out process are do it by myself. All the communication with the property staffs are by email. Location is not close to the city, but you can find the metro station by walking 5 minutes. A little bit confuse when I get the key but I don't have any guide to find my room. Room is clean, large and well equipped.

Central to Madrid city within walking distance to main attractions and shopping. Lots of food options nearby and very short walk to Chueca metro. Apartment is super clean and kitchen is well equipped with cooking facilities. Love the customer service given right after booking - from keeping us updated with simple check-in/out info to quick response to our queries! Highly recommended for staying here.

This apartment is well located and the check in process went pretty well. We had some issues with the door key and there is no manual for using appliances etc. the team was very responsive to questions however. Some things to note: the living and kitchen were nice size but both the bathroom and bedroom were tight, typical in Europe. There was also cigarette smoke smell on and off, either from neighbors or hotel guests next door. I’d consider staying here again as price and amenities were better than most comparable hotels.

Comfortable contemporary clean apartment located in the city centre. Check-in was a breeze using technology (passcodes and password protected mailbox). The mattress was firm and supportive. Kitchen supplies were well stocked. Washer and dryer was a bonus for those of us that travel light. The mattress was firm and supportive. Sofa pull-out bed and rug in the living room could need replacing. Mercado Saint Anton literally across the street - 3-level food hall with produce, meat & seafood, plus diverse eateries. Also part of the Mercado is SuperCOR Supermarket (part of El Corte Inglés). Surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. One caveat depending on which suite you get is the restaurant in the courtyard and the sound of patrons having a good time can be heard till about 11pm. otherwise a quite place. 5-minute walk to Chueca Metro (line 5) and Banco de España (line 6). 5-minutes to Gran Via. Prado/Thyssen Bornemisza Museums (10 minutes). 10-minutes to the Airport Express Bus stop (€5 35 minute ride) The Slow Suites Augusto served us well. Highly recommended.
