It is a duplex (two storey floor) that is divided into 3 studios, it would be the one in front just up the stairs after passing the first access door, the stairs are steep, the only common area is a bathroom with shower that there is on the first floor (it is the only shower and has a bolt), the shower tank is 50 liters of water. The knob on the study door is a little hard. The studio is 17 square meters (it has a full kitchen, a toilet and a sink).
