The property asked for deposit in addition to the payment for the stay. I paid said fee. The property stated i would receive the deposit returned within 3-7 days following my stay. It has now been nearly 2 weeks, I have contacted the property in various ways but they have not replied to any message, I reached out to expedia who attempted to rectify this and they also received no response. .

Worst experience ever, checking process takes about one hour to get access to the unit, water heater only holds 21 gallons of water, neighbors very unhappy with the presence of short rental in the building, construction Noice at 7:30 AM every day

J’ai choisi l’appartement 3 à Paseo de la Direccion Je suis restée 2 semaines et je n’ai jamais eu de problème. L’hôte est très disponible sur whatsapp, ma caution a été rendu en 3 jours avec preuve de versement, l’appartement est bien agencé et surtout en face du métro !! C’est parfois mal insonorisé notamment au niveau de la porte d’entrée qui se trouve dans le hall mais sinon aucun problème !! Il y a déjà du shampooing, du savon, un sèche cheveux, un kit (sucre, huile, sel), un fer à repassé et des produits ménager

La propiedad muy buena en general. Tenemos como observación la falta de implementos de limpieza como papel higiénico, jabón de ducha, shampoo. Del resto muy bien ubicado el departamento para acceder a transporte publico
