This is a brand new hotel. Everything is so well thought out. The quality of everything is excellent. Great location in the center of the city. The hotel is just off to the side of the main street, so you feel a sense of privacy. Overall an amazing hotel and great value for the price. I highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel with great stuff and room size. The only issues that the gym is very small with no weights except for small dumbbells up to 10 kg and three pieces of cardio. That is a real disappointment for a hotel this nice. The roof deck with the swimming pool is fantastic.

I come to celebrate my 30th birthday the staff are incredible so friendly and attentive! Made me feel so special wrote me the most beautiful note with a happy birthday brownie in the room the most sweetest gesture that I’ll treasure forever! The room is absolutely beautiful so clean and tidy I can’t fault a single thing! Everything has been amazing!! Rooftop pool is amazing! Virkeligt fint hotel. Rent og pænt. Og fantastisk rengøring på værelset hver dag med nye håndklæder. Meget imødekommende personale, som snakkede fint engelsk. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og der var lidt for en hver smag. En af tjenerne - en voksen herre var især meget serviceminded og havde øje for, hvis der manglede noget - inden det manglede. Virkelig god beliggenhed tæt på centrum og metro - og en hyggelig tagterrasse. Jeg vil helt sikkert booke der igen, hvis vi kommer til Madrid.

Llegamos cansados y no hubo quien nos ayudase a subir maletas ni nos dieran recibieran con cortesía. Pedimos para planchar y hubo que bajar a buscarla, y nos solicitaron volver a bajarla al terminar. Nada, presumo es parte del estilo de hotel más moderno y 'city like' pero hay etiqueta de hostelería básica que no se debe abandonar.
