This place is center and spacious of Madrid. The staff is super helpful made my family welcome. Room spacious for my wife and daughter. The Chrysler room very nice. Second floor. No need for transportation when staying here. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks woohoo staff.

The room was clean. The view from our window on Grand Via was blocked with scaffolding making the room a bit darker. We loved the location. The noise from streets below which can happen all night through to morning can be disruptive to sleep so light sleepers may have a problem. Great location to walk to shops and historical sites. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a last minute change in our circumstances that the staff were able to accommodate on the spot. They were very understanding of the situation which was very much appreciated. The staff were friendly. The only thing downside is that the elevator is small and was quite busy. Apart from that, I think the place was great. They gave us some free water and juice upon arrival.
