Room styles were pleasantly unique (renovated warehouse style). Breakfast did nor offer very broad selection, however the quality of the breakfast items that was provided was fantastic. Safe was not provided in the room. Overall stay was good quality.

They probably need more help in the later hours with check-in as there was a bit of a back up and only 1 person working and it was adter 11 pm, but multiple guests waiting. The staff is very kind to the guest and extremely helpful.

The only issue I had was with there being a support column in the middle of the room. It was kind of awkward having to walk around the large column and a few times I bumped into it walking to the bathroom

Not bad for a nights sleep. Nothing close by

Does what’s needed. Charge to check in before 3pm even if there is an empty room. Gym is 4 machines. No weights. Would stay again based on price/value

Property is in good shape. Very basic hotel but was clean. The staff however was very rude. The blonde at the front desk was very condescending and rude. Don’t expect to get good customer service. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel with the many options around at relatively the same price.

Budget hotel at 5* prices

Budget hotel at 5* prices shocking what you get for €200 nowadays, basic room with no wardrobe, no tea making services, not even a small bottle of water which would cost the hotel about 20c restaurant was a joke, really basic food. Breakfast also just the bare minimum. Next time I’ll stay further outside Madrid and get more for my money…poor
