VILLA MELISSA: A PAINTING OF THE TRASIMENO LAKE

For those who love rural tourism, Villa Melissa, unique for its sunsets, is a detached house on a hill, from which the Lake Trasimeno is granted in all its majestic affability.

Located in the heart of Central Italy, Villa Melissa is just a few hours from major centers such as Rome and Florence, for those who love to visit rustic and medieval places just a few Kilometers away you can stroll and taste the delicacies of the territory in fascinating locations such as: Cortona, Montepulciano , Castiglione del Lago, Assisi, Perugia Orvieto, Gubbio etc.

Near the village of S'Arcangelo is, there are various shops and small restaurants characteristic of the place.

Villa Melissa is surrounded by the greenery of a beautiful forest: in front of the house there is a large shaded area equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue; this space is a large natural terrace from which to enjoy the view of the lake and the Polvese Island.


The apartment has everything necessary for the living room (dishes, refrigerator, gas cooker with at least four burners, electric oven, sink and drainer), as well as all the necessary appliances. It has a television and is equipped with all linen (bed, bath and kitchen) and is changed weekly. The apartment is equipped with all the cleaning material for daily chores

Wunderschönes Haus in einer super Lage, Entspannung pur

Waren Ende August zu 5 in diesen tollen Haus. Es war sehr sauber und das Haus hat eine super Lage mit einem großen gepflegtem Grunstück. Der Pool ist absolut spitze und war für mehrer Tage immer wieder gerade für unsere Kinder das absolute Highlight. De Ausblick und der See sind wirklich wunderschön. Vor Ort muss noch die Kurtaxe und der Verbauchte Strom bezahlt werden. Was auch super ist das alle Fenster mit einem Fliegengitter ausgestattet sind. Wir hatten eine super Woche und sagen Herzlichst Danke. Viele Grüße an die netten Vermieter. Grazie per la bella settimana e tutto il meglio Familie Epperlein

Magnifique maison avec une vue imprenable sur le lac de Trasimène

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances dans la maison Melissa. Le terrain est splendide, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Trasimène que l’on contemple du petit-déjeuner au coucher du soleil. La grande piscine, en contre-bas, est très agréable également et bien équipée avec la petite salle de bain annexe. La maison est également parfaite, spacieuse et bien équipée pour des vacances. Les chambres climatisées ont été particulièrement appréciées étant donné les chaleurs du mois d’août. Tout était très propre, l’accueil très chaleureux et tout a été fait pour que nous passions un beau séjour. La région est magnifique, avec beaucoup de sorties à faire pour les parents (beaucoup de villes et villages alentours à visiter), et pour les enfants (parcs, jardins, aquapark, accrobranches, bateau ….) Une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons ! Merci à Maria et à sa famille, pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, attention et discrétion.

Magnifique endroit pour séjourner en Ombrie

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans la villa de Maria qui correspond en tout point à la description et la vue sur le lac est encore plus jolie que sur les photos! De plus Maria et sa famille ont été très accueillants et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Un grand merci

La casa perfetta. E non solo...

Abbiamo appena terminato la nostra vacanza e già mi manca la splendida vista sul lago, soprattutto quando il tramonto dipinge l'orizzonte di colori incredibili. La casa è molto bella: grande, spaziosa, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ha un'area esterna che vi offre ogni giorno nuove sorprese: la piscina con i servizi, il barbecue, la passeggiata nella vasta area che circonda la casa, l'amaca fra l'ombra degli alberi, il movimento rilassante del dondolo, un aperitivo distesi sugli sdraietti (attenzione a non ribaldarsi... noi abbiamo tanto riso quando è successo al capofamiglia :-)). C'è un grande tranquillità e pace, la strada principale - seppur molto comoda - è lontana quel tanto che basta per sentirsi fuori dal mondo. In realtà nei dintorni c'è tutto ciò che serve, persino una specie di ristorante self service molto fornito - dove si può mangiare (o prelevare cibo per asporto) a qualsiasi ora. Le bellissime città d'arte sono a portata d'ora, ma anche i piccoli paesini dei dintorni meritano una visita. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e discreti: come i folletti notturni passano a pulire piscina ed esterni in orari tali da non recare nessun disturbo. Meritano una citazione speciale per la loro dedizione nel mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. (grazie per la bottiglia!) Insomma, un soggiorno che vi resterà nel cuore. Ps: una segnalazione che può essere utile: la cucina - ordinata e fornita di molte stoviglie e attrezzature - non ha dotazione basica di sale, pepe, zucchero, etc. Un supermercato a pochi chilometri risolverà facilmente la questione.
