I had excellent stay in this hotel. The location is great and the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was basic (it is budget after all) but it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to others and stay again.

Room was simple but clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly at all times. Great location - walk 15mins to city centre. Lots of wonderful eating options nearby. Uber was a great option for airport transfers and for the stadium event.

Requested 3 clean coffee mugs from staff so we could eat our oatmeal before we left for the airport. Housekeeping couldn’t provide them, the kitchen couldn’t provide them and lastly the front desk said they would yet we never received them. It was only 3 coffee mugs… We ended up spending $30 outside the hotel for breakfast instead of eating in our room. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallways, the rooms next to you, above you and below you. It is bad. If you want a good night sleep and decent hospitality, do not stay here. To be honest, this was so bad, I wouldn’t expect a response or refund, I expect this type of stay is very common.

I checked in around 9pm on a Sunday,the Reception staff member was exceptional with his efficient and friendly service,the room was immaculate and quiet as well. Close to transport, dining,shopping and entertainment options,this is my new destination for Sydney stays.

We paid five times more for way lower quality than other properties around ! Outside is like Amsterdam, bed had blood under the sheets and u can hear the person in the sides even breath !!

Incredible location. We were walking to Darling harbour in 15 min. Trains and bus transport close by. Unlimited dining options near by. Tropicana, for breakfast up a couple of blocks is great. Rooms are decent, comfy beds and pillows. Reliable and prompt elevators. Happy endings comedy show across the street. Happy with stay. Only downer was the Halls could ise some more regular cleaning and vacume.

Conveniently located, a block away from a grocery store and close to other shopping areas. My room had a connecting door so I was hearing everything from the neighbouring room. Shower was…interesting. Less than a metre wide so you’re back is to a half glass divider. It is more of a wet bath room, so I would avoid putting down the floor mat until after you shower. Amenities are not provided, it’s a 3in1 soap, but a free bottle of water at checking and a bunch of gummy candies at reception as well!
