Really clean and reasonable condition given age of property. Pool and bbq area is great. Parking was a bit difficult when all rooms booked. Staff were friendly especially Bree the cleaner.

The rooms were immaculate and the daily room cleaning was outstanding. The buffet options were great - healthy and lots of options. The pool area was beautiful and such a lovely resort vibe. The onsite restaurants were convenient. My only feedback would be to have more staff at the pool bar as service took a very long time. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back if we come back to Townsville.

Great location and good service. Very clean too. Great for families.

Just on the edge of the CBD, car-wash next door

The unit appliances were poor, with the dishwasher having heavily rusted racks. Couches were not particularly clean. Would have been fine if there was some upkeep.
