Nice, spacious clean room, but nobody there

The room was nice and spacious. Clean. The problem is that there was nobody at the reception in the evening when I arrived around 6.3pm and my phone could not connect so I had to ask people to call for me. In the end a letter was left outside for me but I wasn't warned.

Pleasant location, friendly staff, good parking

I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university. The hotel is rather short staffed, but they work very hard to ensure that you have what you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a breakfast is provided every day (for additional cost), and they give contact information in case any problems arise when they are not on site in the evening (which didn't happen during my visit). I prearranged my arrival as instructed, so I knew what to expect and I had no trouble getting entry when I first arrived. Free parking is convenient and spots were always available.

Heizung war kaputt, die Automatik hat permanent auf 15°, also Heizkörper aus, heruntergeregelt. Manuelles Eingreifen ist nicht möglich. Auch nach Reklamation am ersten Morgen hat sich nichts geändert. Die Matratze war dünn und durchgelegen. Von 4 Leuchten waren 2 defekt (zweiter Deckenstrahler, Schreibtischlampe) Das Frühstück ist für den Preis sehr übersichtlich.

Für mich ist es sehr praktisch und ruhig, da das Hotel in einem Wohngebiet liegt, und die Preise sind sehr fair. Die Lage ist gut. Der Universitätscampus und das Universitätsklinikum sind jeweils etwa 10 Gehminuten bzw. 4 Autominuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 10-12 Autominuten entfernt. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein Comfort Einzelzimmer. Es war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt merkt man, daß das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal war freundlich, wohl aber unterbesetzt. 周辺の緑が美しいホテル

マインツ駅から徒歩30分くらいです。住宅街の奥のひっそりした緑の中にあるので、ある意味環境は抜群ですが、 周辺には、飲食店も商店もないので、都市の便利さを求める方には向かないかもしれません。 レセプションの女性は、とても明るくフレンドリーで、早い時間に着いたのに、｢準備ができてるから｣とのことで、すぐにチェックインさせてくれました。 お部屋は、レビューでも、やや否定的な意見があった地下一階でした。 私が泊まった11号室は、窓からの風も光も気持ち良く、問題なかったです。 もし、気になる方は、最初から上階を指定した方がいいと思います。 備品は、テレビは古くて、使えませんでしたが、ドライヤーは新しい物で、風力抜群で髪があっという間に乾かせました。 バスローブ、冷蔵庫、スーツケーススタンド、ズボンプレスなど、ちょっと気のきいた備品もありました。 部屋によって違うかもしれませんが、 5月の下旬は暑い中でも、部屋は冷房がなくても快適でした。 私にとっては、リラックスできる、とても居心地のいいホテルでした。
