Villa noch nicht wirklich fertig gestellt, hat Potenzial

Leider können wir nicht mehr als drei Sterne für diese Unterkunft verteilen. Positiv: - Ausblick traumhaft - Innenausstattung modern und hochwertig Negativ: - viele Sachen waren defekt (Mülleimerdeckel war abgebrochen, Kleiderschrankspiegel hatte einen Bruch, Tür im Gästezimmer hatte kein Schloss, Kühlschranktür war aus der Halterung gerissen - Zu wenig Ausstattung (wenig Gläser, Besteck, kein Backblech) - Das Dach auf dem Whirlpool existiert nicht - Anstatt 6 Sonnenliegen waren nur 4 vorhanden, sehr unschön wenn 8 Personen die Villa buchen können - Garten in einem katastrophalen Zustand, Steine ,Unkraut, hier besteht Verletzungsgefahr - Sonnenschirmständer für einen großen Schirm (vor Ort nur kleine Schirme, wackelte oder flog aus dem Ständer) - Schlafzimmer haben eine Vorrichtung für einen Fernseher aber es sind keine Fernseher vorhanden - Auf und neben dem Grundstück liegt noch Bauschutt oder zum Beispiel Autoreifen - Pool wurde erst an Tag zwei der Ankunft gereinigt, war trüb und dreckig Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir sicherlich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht denn der Preis von über 3.500€ ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn in Zukunft die Missstände behoben werden, kann es aber ein sehr schönes Objekt werden. Aktuell zumindest von außen eher Rohbau.

Makarska

Hébergement conforme à la description. Belle rénovation intérieure. L’accès à la route un peu compliqué en raison de la circulation et visibilité des véhicules. Voiture obligatoire. Makarska et Riviera : prévoir budget parking entre 4 e de l’heure à 30 e la journée ! Quand place ! Sinon bel endroit où passer ses vacances . Merci à Ana qui a toujours été disponible et très reactive. Arrivée et départ très simple. Communication très simple par SMS avec Google translate 😀
