Only recently lovingly renovated (2015) holiday house in the old town, with a private roof terrace

The holiday house is located in the centre of the old part of Makarska, in the most popular and beautiful street called Kalalarga, near the main town square, promenade, shore, harbour and central town beach and is your ideal choice to experience the town. This oldest, and also in the history the widest and longest town street, is even today the most popular street in the town with traditional Dalmatian konobas and shops.

The house has a beautiful roof terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the most part of Kalalarga street - but it is also distant from the crowds and enjoys peace and quietness. Give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the sun and the sea, sights, gastronomic offer, shopping, evening walks along the shore, night life, all near your holiday house. There is an open fire place on the terrace, a table with armchairs for dining.

The house is more than 150 years old and was completely renovated in 2015. It offers accommodation for up to 6 persons. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each and two single beds on the mezzanine level. Free internet access is available.

The house is close to restaurants, shops etc. The beach is about 600 m away.

The town of Makarska is a middle-Dalmatian tourist town with about 13,500 inhabitants. During the summer tourist season up to 150,000 guests mostly from Western and Eastern Europe visit the town of Makarska. Makarska is the center of the micro-region, Makarska Riviera, owing to its geographical position, cultural and historical importance. It is situated in a naturally protected harbour closed by the Osejava cape from the south-east and St. Peter's peninsula from the north-west.

The town is amphitheatrically spreading towards the slopes of the Biokovo mountain (1762 m) which protects Makarska from the harsh continental climate and is responsible for its rich Mediterranean vegetation, mild winters, long, warm summers cooled by a refreshing breeze called. Summer temperatures can be up to 35 C, with average 30-32 C.
