Check in was excellent and the management company was very responsive when contacted. The location and apartment were also excellent. The outdoor sitting area was well appointed but there were birds on the roof so we didn’t like sitting there. The apartment was very clean, however, the entryway attracted bugs in the evenings. Overall we were there two weeks and had a good experience.

Needs Attention
The rooms are full of mold. There was obviously a leak that had been there prior to our arrival. The walls were full of water stains and pictures had been removed and mold forming. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash, supplies at the apartment were very minimal. Communication with the property managers was awful. Took them over a day to respond to our concerns regarding the mold and other questions. And then another day for a phone call. We killed several roaches both in the entry to the building and in the kitchen of the apartment.

Amazing Property, Great Location
Smack dab in the middle of the historic center of Malaga, this property was perfectly located for our first visit to the Costa del Sol. The unit was recently renovated in a modern style with all the bells and whistles. Well appointed kitchen, laundry room and living spaces that made our stay exceptional Although the unit is exceptionally quiet (you can’t hear anything from the street), we did hear our upstairs neighbors a few nights, although they quieted down around midnight.

Wonderful stay
Very modern, spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Located in city center with many restaurants and shopping opportunities very close by. About a 20 minute easy walk to main train station. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, property was as described & photos were actually true to life. Lift & washer & dryer were major benefits as was multiple bathrooms. Kitchen well appointed. Only issue was wifi did not reach master bedroom. Not a major issue. Overall a def 5/5. Will be back.
