Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Did not stay, checked out immediately. NO SHOWER OR VENTILATION IN ROOM. I booked room with a/c and rainfall showerhead. There was NO SHOWER OR BATH just a sink and toilet. NO A/C small fan did nothing, room hotter than outside and outside was 38C. Asked for refund as room not what booked, said no problem go through Expedia.. STILL NO REFUND!!!! Stairs hazardous as well. Would not recommend even if free.
