FULLY REMODELED ~ Nov.24! No surface untouched. New Kitchen and 3 new full baths. Welcome to our spacious 3bd + loft / 3ba condo with amazing views. With 8 beds, it's perfect for large families and groups of friends. With 3 bedrooms and a large loft bunk room, you can sleep 3 families. There are 8 beds and 2 sectional couches. Our condo will easily sleep >10 guests, and all of the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept and great for lounging. Situated right alongside Mammoth Creek and the Mammoth Town bike path.

This top floor Mammoth Creek unit boasts breathtaking mountain and meadow views with all the amenities you'll want including 2 covered jacuzzis, sauna, tennis court, laundry facilities and a seasonal swimming pool and BBQ area. The unit has 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area (seating for 8 at the table, & 2 at the bar) and primary living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area is situated adjacent to the kitchen with a large wood dining table with seating for 8, the living room is furnished with a large sectional couch for relaxing by the wood burning fireplace with flat screen Roku HDTV. The Primary bedroom features a king bed with a Roku HDTV and a full primary bath ensuite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full shared bathroom right outside the bedroom.

Upstairs includes an open loft with two bunk beds & trundle bed (5 total), a full bath and a separate bonus bedroom with king bed and full living space with a sectional couch. This space also includes a Roku HDTV and Xbox-ONE (w/games) for the kids.

This unit is located steps away from the paved Mammoth Town bike path and the shuttle to take you to the mountain for Mammoth's world-renowned skiing or you can hop on the summer trolley to take you to the village. For warm weather activities, Mammoth Lakes basin, including Lake Mary, Horsehoe Lake and Twin lakes is less than 5 miles away. Also centrally located close to town with only a short walk to shops and restaurants, movie theater and bowling alley and only steps away from Mammoth Creek Family Park and the new Mammoth Community Recreation Center and ice-skating rink. The house was very clean and a perfect size for our group of two families with two kids each. The hosts were very communicative and the beds were nice. The water was hot. Everything worked well, we did Ask them to keep the heat on at 69 because it automatically goes down. Very close to Eagle Lodge.

Beautiful remodeled condo perfect for large families. We very much enjoyed our stay Christmas week and the owners even had a Christmas tree set up in the family room. Condo is close to the slopes and many restaurants. We were most grateful for the 2 shovels in the entryway closet as Mammoth received a ton of snow during our stay and our trucks needed to be dug out multiple times.

Annual Trip

This condo was perfect for our annual Mammoth trip. The condo was spacious and clean. Not to mention the beautiful view with plenty of parking. It was just a quick drive to The Village. Jenn and Jamie were very responsive to any questions I had. I'll definitely be booking here again.

Great accommodation for a larger group

The apartment is perfect for a group of 10 people! The first level has two nice bedrooms, perfect for 2 persons each. The upper floor offers a little less privacy, since it's more of an open layout - but there comfortable beds for 6 persons, perfect for a friend group. We had a great time!

Great Stay

This is a great property, exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. Cleaners had not left enough towels and host had them delivered within an hour of request. Note that the washer and dryer are not in the unit but in a laundry room on site. That was actually better for us because we were able to run 3 loads at one time and be done with it for the week.
