Welcome to this great townhouse with patio and close to the beach in Porto Cristo. It has capacity for 6 guests. The patio -with its touches of greenery- invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach and to relax on the exterior sofa at the end of the day. The property is located in the centre of the town and there are neighbours around.
The two-storey townhouse offers comfortable and cosy rooms. The living room is perfect for cooling off with the AC while watching TV and also offers a fireplace. The spacious dining room is ideal for tasting the dishes cooked in the kitchen, which has a gas cooker. In the house you will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a work area with AC and fireplace that leads to the other 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed (one of them has access to the terrace). On this floor there is a second bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with a small heater. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
Porto Cristo is a traditional tourist destination within the island. In it you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The large beach of Port de Manacor is characterised by its fine golden sand, its beauty and its wonderful promenade, full of trees. Lovely Traditional Spanish Town House in Brilliant Location
Pros:
Lovely traditional Spanish town house full of character. Very spacious and well equipped.
Beautiful, sheltered, private Courtyard. A great escape from the midday sun and a perfect place for evening drinks.
The location is brilliant. In a quiet street off the church square just two minutes walk down to the beach and harbour.
The host was charming, very friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Nothing Major but: Mosquitoes in Courtyard from central water drain need clearing and/or treating (it's where they lay their eggs).
We think property only suitable for two couples plus children as fourth bedroom on ground floor has no windows and is slightly damp.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Stadthaus sehr genossen.
Besonders durch die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und supermärkte.
Das Haus punktet durch den Innenhof, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler doppelt.
Der Besitzer ist sehr engagiert. Üoro Christo ist ein toller Ort mit vielen Einheimischen und ruhiger Lage. Gern bucheb wir erneut! Danke!

Superbe maison très bien située
Notre hôte a été très accueillant et chaleureux. La maison a le charme de l’ancien et tout le confort nécessaire à l’intérieur pour passer un très agréable séjour en famille. Bien équipée et à proximité de tous les commerces et services. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Merci!

Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet - außer eine Kaffemaschine. Sauber und geräumig. Das einzige große Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation! Wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen, vor dem Haus und in der Nähe keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Nach jeder Rückkehr mußte zum Teil 20 Minuten ein Parkplatz gesucht werden, abtenteuerliche Abstellplätze waren die Folge. Alles Andere war in Ordnung - Lokale/ Restaurants, Shopping, Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Stadthaus in der Nähe von Hafen und Strand
Jaume ist ein enorm netter Vermieter und sein Haus wirklich tiptop sauber. Die Lage des Hauses in Porto Cristo ist für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen sehr gut.
