A spacious living room and seven bedrooms make this an ideal home for a large family group vacation. It is a house built in 1950 and restored in 2011.
All bedrooms are two single beds, but one bed.
Five bathrooms, outdoor shower and kitchen.
They can cool off in a large swimming pool with sun terrace are at a high level the ground as they took advantage of a old and typical "safareig" Mallorcan.
On the front of the house is a cozy terrace to enjoy a family barbecue, a garden with lawn, or play a game of table tennis or bocce.
It is located on the road between Manacor and Calas de Mallorca, just
3Km. from Manacor, on the same road as the Rafa Nadal Technification Center and 5Km. from virgin beaches such as Cala Varques, Cala Virgili and 15 minutes by car from Porto Cristo or Romantic Beach.
