The home keeps its original terrazzo floors and vintage charm, with updates like air conditioning and a jacuzzi for your comfort. Casa Nancy isn’t a modern apartment — it’s a lovingly preserved 1970s home that captures the spirit of old Puerto Rico. Gianna was very welcoming and her place was very clean and secure. It is behind the Hyatt and they have security guards as well as roaming the parking lot. I wasn't home much during the day mainly just to sleep. The walls are pretty thin though and outside noises could cause a little disruption especially the roosters in the morning but she did mention its Puerto Rico life! I would recommend it if looking for something in this area. Thanks again for the medallas Gianna!
