Room was clean and staff was friendly, but those were the only good things. Access to the hotel is awful- you almost always have to go around the block. Parking is TERRIBLE. No good spots for larger vehicles like trucks and nlt nearly enough spots. Pool smelled like vomit when we got in. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Really not seeing what everyone was raving about....

Steer clear of this property!

Worst hotel stay ever! We had booked two nights through Hotel.com, came back after helping set up and then attending a wedding the second night and they said we only had a one night reservation and closed out our room. Luckily, we took most all of our items with us to the wedding and only lost a few items to house cleaning. The front desk person was not qualified to handle any type of situation beyond the norm and when the hotel manager was contacted, we basically told it was not their problem. Been traveling for 50 years and never was treated like this anywhere. Stay clear of this location!
