Wonderful hotel, room was perfect huge shower and everywhere was spotless and smelt beautiful. Staff amazingly helpful and friendly special shout out to Kit Hong and Wade who were just delightful. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will get to stay there again soon

Lovely staff, clean and spacious room. One lift was out of order which cause a lot of waiting and squeezing in. Also the one and only advertisement for breakfast was in the lift, showing lovely smoked salmon and waffles. Neither of which were on offer so that was disappointing haha!

Overnight stay for a gig at Coop Live. Easy check-in, we’ve stayed before, so happy with the hotel/room etc. A shame the coffee/tea in the room had not been replenished, so there was no early morning coffee, or enough milk for us. Breakfast was good but a shame no mushrooms or black puddings on the menu! I’m sure we’ll be back, as a good base for Manchester visits.

We recently stayed here, and everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The lunch menu was excellent, and we loved the convenient, walkable location. The bar and lounge area was also very nice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again—10/10 recommend! The only downsides were that one of the elevators was out of service, causing some delays, and nearby construction made our Uber rides take slightly longer routes. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall quality of our stay.

Was attending a Business Awards Dinner being hosted at the hotel as my daughter had been nominated. (Yes - she won!) Stayed for two nights. The only downside was the lighting -not bright enough to put make-up on in the bathroom. TV was positioned in such a way as you could not see it from either of the two double beds. Apart from that - an excellent stay. Would highly recommend.
