On arrival, the room smelt like a take-away, so we were downgraded to another room. This room also smelt the same. It was an issue with their ventilation system.
After being downgraded and offered no solution, I requested a refund. The member of staff on shift was extremely rude and asked ME to call his manager to see if he’d approve the refund because the manager was off all weekend.
Handing me the phone and expecting me to resolve the situation is beyond comprehension.
