Check in was from 3 but the room wasn’t ready until 4:30, but the staff were lovely and gave us a £15 voucher for the bar to say sorry. The bar staff were friendly, the cocktail we had was excellent. The lobby is really quirky and trendy. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was really powerful. Would stay again.

Once I took off my shoes to take a shower, I felt a sharp pain and realised a tiny piece of glass had lodged in the bottom of my foot. I looked around the room and was shocked to find many tiny shards of glass scattered across the floor. It was a very scary and unsettling experience. I reported the issue to reception and they changed my room promptly. However, this incident left a strong negative impression and I will never return to Yotel in Manchester.

This such a tricky one because we love the location, staff and the main area plus the breakfast and dining is excellent! But the rooms are just too noisy with the plumbing / the sound of running water, the shower dripping, noise ours and other rooms etc. I’m just not convinced the “open plan” style room works.

Genuinely felt welcome, comfoetable and at ease. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Arrived on Friday evening around 19:30ish and the person on duty saw I was having trouble locating ny booking at the self check-in area and promptly found my reservation and welcomed me to my stay with a genuine engaging attitude and explained all the details of the room and amenities for my stay. The person minding the entrance also welcomed me back engagingly and genuinely upon my return to the yotel after my outings in Manchester. The lobby, bar and restaurant vibe is settling annd welcoming. The room was great and all amenities wxcellent with a very comglfy bed. Definitely and highly recommended and would use Yotel's wherever available.
