The G floor rooms need work

The curtains don’t cover the width of the windows, which is just random. The rooms are at street level so this would have been more concerning for a female guest. Why would a hotel not just get this sorted? The aircon unit was leaking over the carpet so I put a container down. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times previously and never been on the G floor. I booked five rooms on this night via hotels.com (usually book via work travel supplier) but won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Nice hotel, had a special request ahead of booking and hotel agreed but unfulfilled when arrived in the room with no notice. Nice industrial but cozy vibe of the room however the exposed pipes above caused condensation and leaking of rusty water on the floor. Breakfast was really delicious!

I would rather not return.

Not very satisfied with my stay this time. I won't be returning. I called the front desk for assistance and they said they were on their way, but they didn't arrive. I had to go to the front desk and ask for help myself. I noticed that the water temperature was low, and they said it was normal. I've stayed at this hotel more than three times, so I knew it wasn't right. There were pipes in my room that were leaking, but at that point, I didn't want to deal with the staff, so I decided it was my last visit.

Good value hotel tell with comfy beds

It has a very good check-in process that allows you to do this electronically before you arrive. However, there is only a one-person check-in desk where you collect your key, and if there is a queue, it somewhat negates the benefit of pre-check-in. The room was spacious, the bed was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, with a great rainfall shower.
