Early check in was not acknowledged for a guest not even having to use the amenities/room for 24 hours, the front desk staff was not very accommodating and friendly. This is a guest relations business and everyone customer should feel welcomed and special, it was not even a weekend when we stayed, most likely, there were a lot of rooms available around that time to acknowledge our early check in request.

This hotel was very nice, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for me. Staff was awesome and helpful. My one small gripe was the shower door is not well sealed and allows water to escape to easily but as I said minor.

I had high expectations on this hotel however aside from the location, which is excellent, walking distance to Alabang Town Centre Mall and Festival Mall, i had to make a constructive criticism. The room i have booked which is supposed to be De luxe is just too small so we decided to upgrade to a suite, but to my surprise, the suite/room needed a lot of updating, i have never seen a suite with a kitchenette with no sink, so you have to use the bathroom sink. The room, i think has mold issue, as we woke up one morning with a water leaking from the ceiling. The room feels so damp most of the time that triggers our allergies. The hotel lobby is always busy and 1 good point is the cafe in the lobby with an excellent dessert. Some staff our nice, most especially the person who did our check in and the person who did our check out but most of the staff doesn’t look happy. Really sorry to say but we did not have a good experience with this hotel.
