I LIKED THE FACT THAT RECEPTION WAS 24/7 MY BAGGAGE DID NOT ARRIVE ON THE PLANE WITH ME WHEN IT WAS FINALLY DELIVERED TO THE HOTEL STAFF WAS PROMPT IN BRINGING IT TO OUR ROOM WHICH WHERE ALWAYS KEPT CLEANED BY THEM THE HOTEL IS LOCATED VERY NEAR TO TRANSPORT JUST SHORT WALK TO JEEPNEY TO TAKE YOU TO TOWN CENTRE AND THEN TO SOUTH STATION WHERE YOU CAN CATCH BUS TO ANYWHERE STAFF WERE ALLAYS POLITE IT IS ADVERTISED AS A BUDGET HOTEL IT DESERVES A LITTLE BIT BETTER THAN OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR 11 DAY STAY
