Upon checking in, the front desk informed me that breakfast was included in the late check-out payment of over P3,000 for the extra hours. However, when we went down for breakfast, the attendants created a confusing and unpleasant situation. One attendant used what felt like a delaying tactic, stating she had to "check" if breakfast was truly included. Meanwhile, another attendant simply told us to "just go inside" and that they would find our reservation later. This maneuver seemed designed to make us eat first so that if the reservation could not be found, we would be forced to pay, which is exactly what ultimately happened. In addition to the confusion regarding the payment, the room itself was small, had a musty/unpleasant smell, and most of the surfaces were dusty. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Right next to airport, easy access through sky bridge. The area is a few minutes walk to the Newport Mall, but the immediate area is a busy depot and dark carpark. Staff are excellent, all sp friendly and helpful. Comfy bed but the air-conditioning is older and does struggle with low temperatures

I had an excellent stay! The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was safe, walkable, and close to shops and dining options. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I had dinner, and it was delicious with great service. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience — I would definitely stay here again.
