Friendly Staff

The staff go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. The rooms are basic but have everything you need except a fridge. My wife feels comfortable and enjoys it there so happy wife happy life

Better than the last

Pros: The hotel was within walking distance to a massive shopping mall - Robinsons.
Cons: More breakfast options but I had enjoyed what was provided.
The male reception staff was extremely courteous, always smiled and very approachable. All staff I encounted was polite and greeted me. Friendly staff always leaves an impression on the hotel.

Cons: Location being in a very poor area
Location: Loud, a very poor part of Manil
Facilities: Good; Value: Affordable; Service: Remarkable, always helpful; Cleanliness: Pleasant; lots of shops and money changes nearby. good exchange rate, better than home
