It was an amazing hotel and room was awesome. But I would have preferred a higher level rather than Lvl 1 as for what I paid (over AUD600) per night, I had expected a better view. Also, the receptionists that served us aren't as friendly and approachable as the ones at Hyatt (stayed for 3 nights).

Beautiful Hotel in all aspects.

Beautiful place to stay. The hallways and our room smell so clean , ALL DAY !!! The poolside is so beautiful . Checking in and checking out were so smooth and fast . All the staff are so polite and accommodating. To top these all, our room was upgraded to poolside upon checking - in at no extra cost. Definitely, i’ll stay in this hotel if I come back to the Philippines.

Probably the best hotel experience in Manila

Probably one of the best if not the best properties in Manila, the staff starting from the security people, the concierge staff, the amazing reception staff and throughout the entire hotel and related services of the hotel and City of Dreams Manila complex, all were more than amazing, welcoming, their hospitality is immaculate. Rooms were perfect, all was clean and tidy, coulndt see one thing that wasn't flow less. Highly recommended hotel, ill definitely come back in my next visit!!

The hotel was fine but not up to the standards I would expect from Nobu. Pool area was just ok and no hot tub. Spa wasnt full service, had to go next door and pay for full service steam/sauna/jacuzzi. Casino, entertainment , shops & restaurants in the lobby were the best surprise. We were comfortable but the room had some maintenance issues. The complex has everything you need but the area surrounding isnt great but convenient to the airport.

This was my second stay in Nobu. I have notice that the services declined. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working. The response to get water were slow, even getting our luggage out from the room I asked for a cart and nobody came, me and my sisters drag 5 bags and a box out the room to first floor. The exhaust for the smoke in the Casino area I guess was not working because it smells bad. We don’t gamble but the area is in the middle of the shops and restaurants so we smelled and inhaled it all the time. Even the staff in the shops complained about it. Hopefully they will fix it. I will look for another hotel to stay next time.
