The breakfast was excellent as usual. But the room is a bit disappointing. Towels were not available in the room. The hair dryer is not working and the bed linen is not comforting. It was not the same experience i had last year.

Beware! This hotel has bedbugs - I was bitten at least 20 times in one night, and ended up with large red round welts on my arms, neck, head and legs. They allowed me to change rooms the following night, but the damage was already done. The rooms are also very noisy as it's surrounded by motorways with no noise insulation on windows, so not recommended if you're a light sleeper. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of variety eg. western, thai, pinoy, japanese, indian food. The club lounge offers nice views and refreshments. Would not stay here again due to bedbugs and noisy rooms!

Room met or exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. Also had the pleasure of enjoying The Club lounge which was a nice and relaxing, definitely worth the little extra. I will definitely make this my go to spot when visiting Manila/Makiti.

There were problems on our arrival, smelly room, bathroom door sticking, arrived too late for club use, but the staff switched rooms and gave us a late checkout and use of the club on our last day after checkout, it all worked out nicely.

Great rooms, friendly staff. Amenities were average compared to other Dusit Thani locations (not individual items but wall refills, and didn’t have as many bathroom amenities as other locations I’ve stayed at). Overall nice facilities and friendly staff.
