The bed in my room was very comfortable but some of my bed pillows were a bit soft and flat. I didn't care for the huge bath towels. I wasn't told about the Thursday 3pm fire drill and had a very scary, embarrassing ordeal. And after what I went through, I sent a text message to the duty managers phone number of what happened to me in the fire escape, management didn't even bother to visit me at my room and offer any type of compensation or if I needed any medical attention, not even to reply. Yes, I received a call in my room by a front desk staffer, but she didn't identify if she was calling on behalf of the duty manager or if she was the duty manager. A visit using the personal touch would have been nice.

The breakfast variety were great choice and good foods. Unfortunately the furniture cleanliness can be better. The in-roon dinning phone are not manned and call several times without anyone picking.

I love the Thai restaurant, Benjaroong. I love taho for breakfast. I always have a great experience when staying at Dusit. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Nearby shopping places are a big plus. Highly recommended.
