Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel overall was clean. Multiple elevators so it was very convenient and fast to go up and down. Highly recommend this place and definitely would come back again!

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and once we arrived on the 24th floor check in area for the residence club, everything with our check in process was so smoothsailing. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we return to the Philippines for our next vacation dates. Maraming Salamat, New World Makati Hotel!
