Great hotel with very friendly staff had some issues with wifi for work and my room has some noise issues with machinery outside the window which made sleeping difficult good breakfast.

I got hurt at this hotel due to a leaking aircon from the ceiling. When I told the staff it was leaking, twice they came to check but never came back to fix it. I slipped in this room. When I reported to the desk, the manager asked me if I had any witness… I mean the question should be are you ok. Been having back pain since. I took pictures to show her but it’s as if she thought I was just being a “Karen”. Didn’t want to say anything but they need to fix that AC to avoid anyone slipping. It’s right in front of the shower and can be a hazard if someone was rushing out of the shower.

The room was not clean. The brekfast buffet was really poor. The staff was not able to find a taxi, I waited for it 30 min. The area around the hotel is really shabby. Not recomended.
