I liked nothing. TV barely work, repeated had to call maintenance; they deceitfully tried to control volume. No Netflix, prime or youtube. Might have been better to have had no TV. They promised room service that never came. No trash can’s in any of the rooms. Upon checkout they had the nerve to try to make me wait while they inspected the room. This was an insult considering all the mishaps.

This so-called hotel or mini-suite is a masterclass in neglecting basic guest needs. Hospitality? Not even close. If you’re thinking of ordering takeout or enjoying a warm cup of coffee, think again—there’s no microwave in the room, and shockingly, not even one at the front desk. The absence of such a simple amenity speaks volumes about their disregard for comfort and convenience. One can’t help but suspect this omission isn’t accidental. It feels like a calculated move—likely part of an arrangement with nearby restaurants to funnel guests into spending more locally, rather than allowing them the dignity of reheating their own food. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s manipulative.

I just needed a short one night stay after arriving from the airport. Good distance from the airport. (Probably a little confusing with alot of the one way streets around and unclear spot for a proper drop off point). Room was clean & small. Might be cramp to some people or if you're a couple. Toilets are decent too. Aircon was strong and cold. Delicious cafe (though slighly pricey) at the ground floor where I had my breakfast. Wifi was good and also accessible in the cafe where I got to do some work at. View from my room is pretty. There's an ATM in the lobby to withdraw cash which is in a safe and secured area. Downside was the that the lobby was hot. Almost no ventilation. I would recommend checking out earlier otherwise you'd be stuck in a long queue in the heat, while many people are also trying to check out. Do note there's a deposit to pay upon check in (cash or card) which will be refunded upon check out.

Room price is good considering the central location in the Makati Business district. The name is MiniSuites but there are no microwave in the room. There is a fridge but you have to ask for a water kettle for coffee. They don't provide coffee or tea. They do provide one bottled water per day. For a number of days, our room was not cleaned. We found out that in this hotel, you have to indicate you want your room cleaned and not just hang the"Do not disturb" sign if you don't. There is no breakfast but there are restaurants in the building.

The price is reasonable considering the central location at the Makati Business District. It has restaurants in the building and lots within walking distance. The place is safe, only residents with a key card can access the elevators. There no microwave machine or any cutleries. I had to ask for a hot water kettle. They did not provide coffee or tea in the rooms. There is a refrigerator.
