Photogenic pool, but NOISY rooms with shared doors

Decent suite. 3 stars is probably accurate for this place. Queuing at the check-in counter is not always "first come, first served", as there are two somewhat "suggestion only" lines for check-in. Staff provided incorrect information with near certainty when asked about surrounding amenities. When asked for desk, desk was provided with poor quality chair, which was not well suited to the desk. A small desk and proper chair would probably go a long way. The suite I had had a "shared" door, which, although closed, was VERY NOISY! I could hear the neighbouring suite residents take phone calls, listen to videos, and have conversations, as I am sure they could hear mine. This happened on both sides of the wall. A lot less serene and quiet than I thought, and somewhat deserving of the lower score as a result. Lots of dining and convenience store options right within building!

I booked the Luxe room because I wanted a bigger space . It was comfortable enough as a solo traveler. This hotel has central location to Greenbelt and other parts of Makati. The outdoor is big enough for swim laps. I love this hotel.

I found the mini tower of Eton to be in a very convenient location with all kinds of food options Round the area. Also there is an overpass walkway that takes you all the way to greenbelt and area. Will stay here again on next visit. 😁

The staff/ support personnel are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The location has many nearby amenities. The room we stayed at was also clean. However, the facilities condition requires serious attention. The washroom setup can be improved having an additional sink beside the toilet. Rather than a single sink setup in the kitchenette only. Walls require major insulation (I heard someone sneeze in adjacent room, that shouldn’t be possible) including for some fire protection too. Ceiling required finishing details from recent reworking. The cleaning solvent used by housekeeping also leaves a musty smell. If property management can correct this, it would elevate the facility.

It could be better

My only issue was their internet wasnt working. It was on and off for every 10 secs and I cant work at all. i ended up using my international data and cost me $600 more than what I have paid during my stay at the hotel!
