The only problem I had with the room in 1210 was the heater of the water was not working so that's the only problem at all. I'm switched now switched rooms and now the heater is working but it's a faulty heating system that's in 1210 that needs to be replaced.

Upon arrival I was welcomed by front desk staff whom looked like university students. The initial encounter was great, however no one has mentioned that Internet services were down. Although I was given my access card along with my Internet access credentials which were not working at all. For which I was enforced to use my pocket wifi and pay for my own data to gain connection. Neither was my smart TV inoperable without Internet, neither did my Netflix and streaming services were available to work. It was challenging for me to get connected. Especially since I stayed for 2 nights. Upon checkout concierge has informed me that they were short of charging me for my early check in. However I replied that since I was not given any access to their Internet I refused to pay the extra on their error. As this was passed on to their management they waived the extra charge and wished me well outside the facility. It was unfortunate that I would have enjoyed another night however because of no Internet services I was quite disappointed with my stay.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are always available and accommodating. However , we notice that there are some equipment that distracts us in the evening like blinking lights emanating from the rotor located in the ceiling. There are also small insects found inside the shower room and toilet. In general however the services provided by the hotel is highly efficient and commendable.

Acceptabel men ikke luksus

Upad har det mest nødvendige. Jeg sover desværre ikke super godt på deres hårde senge. Internettet til min bærbare PC kunne jeg ikke få til at virke. Internettet kunne være hurtigere, generelt. Der er ikke air condition udenfor værelset, så du kommer til at svede flere steder på hotellet (kun den øverste del af bygningen er hotelværelser). Der er ikke en intern telefon til at ringe til receptionen. Morgenmad er middelgod.
