The Manzanita Mulligan! This stunning 5-year-old, 4 Bedroom, 3 full bath home, plus bonus room, sleeps 10 people in comfortable beds. Our bright, open floor plan comes beautifully furnished and includes 3 large flat-screened TVs, high-speed internet, Roku boxes, blue-ray DVDs and so much more. We're located about 1/2 mile from town and a 3/4 mile, easy walk to a most-beautiful 7 mile-long flat walking beach! We're just a few blocks away from the Manzanita Links golf course, Nehalem State Park & downtown Manzanita.

Included with your stay:

* Fully equipped kitchen with nearly every appliances you can think of, including 2 coffee makers (drip and K-cup). We provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more.
We also provide more staples and cooking supplies than you can find in many homes.
* High-Speed WiFi throughout the property.
* 3 large-screen TVs, each with its own DVD Player and Roku box allowing access to dozens of streaming channels and thousands of movies and TV shows.

Fabulous house for our 4 couple beach stay. Really well equipped for cooking, beach outings, play time (pingpong table and foosball table). This home shows real pride of ownership. We've stayed here twice and will be back again. We're beginning to feel quite fond of this place! Great host. A real gem!

I just can't say enough positive things about this home. Cleanliness was the best I've ever seen and we have rented many properties over the years in various locations. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with knives that were actually sharp and cookware that allowed us to cook extensive holiday meals. The furniture was very nice and the bedding was crisp and clean like a high end hotel. The owner even reached out to us with concerns about an upcoming storm and delivered portable batteries in case we lost power in the storm. Fortunately that didn't happen but we were prepared just in case. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this house!

PROS: Great house. Matched what we expected. One of the most well appointed houses we have stayed in. Very clean and modern amenities. Almost nothing was needed in the kitchen but our own supplies. There were many condiments and baking supplies, including coffee and coffee making equipment. Our stay was in the fall so warm weather was not a concern. Beds were very comfortable.CONS: The listing does mentions heating and not cooling, however when we arrived the heat was on and the Manzanita Room on the second floor was about 85 degrees. We found only one thermostat, located on the first floor. When I asked if there was one on the second floor the response I received was the second floor "runs warmer for sure". We managed this by not turning on the heat and opening the windows on the second floor. Be aware, if you need heat the upper two rooms are going to get warm and the open concept first floor heat will rise quickly. The fireplace is decorative and the pilot light was not turned on when we arrived. Stephen, the owner was not around when we first arrived but Candice was available and highly responsive. Stephen chose to stop by during our stay later on, unannounced. I'd recommend letting the renters know before you come over so folks aren't concerned about opening the door to someone their not familiar with. Lastly, hot water temp for shower in NY room is far from source so slow to heat up and does not stay hot for long. Newer homes should come w/on demand hot water heater.

This house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, well stocked. There were deer in the view everyday! The host came over and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and in visiting with him he gave us full explanation of the house's amenities. The house smelt fresh with great air circulation and everything you needed was stocked. This house has a great location, was again super clean, and overall furnishings, amenities, and more were excellent The kids enjoyed every minute in the Bear room, front room with games, books and music and the garage filled with pin pong, foosball , sand toys and etc! This home was perfect for our family of 7 ( ages 9-98) and could not believe comfortable it was! Thank you Stephen Auer!PS: Cousins stopped by for birthday and we did not realize that they parked in the cul da sac. We apologize.

The house was perfect for a family gathering. A great space - lots of room, a lovely kitchen to prepare family meals, lots of fun things for kids and adults to do such as ping pong and foosball tournaments, good location for a nice walk to town or the beach and a lovely back area to sit and visit and watch the sun set. Also had everything you would need - well equipped.

This house is gorgeous, there was nothing we needed. Steve the owner was very kind and explained everything. House is very comfortable, clean and stocked with all your needs, just add food. Beds and linens comfy and clean The Elks hanging out in the field behind were the icing on the cake.

Lovely home. Very spacious with lots of extras. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable family vacation. Enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables, as well as all the beach toys. Also enjoyed the mile walk to the beach and picking blackberries along the way. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend.

Great Manzanita Getaway

Loved this house. We take an annual trip with brother in law, his spouse and his two adult daughters, so bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect.We like the location. Town, beach etc are all walkable and give you activity without really trying

Mulligan home away from home

On this our 7th stay in the Manzanita Mulligan house, we again enjoyed its wonderfully stocked kitchen, large dining table, large-screen TV with multiple viewing options, sunny patio, beach paraphernalia in the garage, and the many birds (including gorgeous Black-Headed Grosbeaks) attracted to the birds feeders. For kids, the Bear Den has the cutest, largest plush bears we've ever seen. We love the location, easy walks into town or to the beach.

Great House/ with lots of extra's

We were pleasantly surprised by all the extras this house provided. games, books, extra's like hot cocoa, coffee, items in the pantry, shampoo, body wash, Pots and pans and utensils were in working order and great condition. There were beach towels and equipment for the beach and even stuff for the littles. We had an amazing time even though it rained. House was very clean and stocked up. Owner left a bottle of wine and snacks for us to enjoy. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 4 families to stay. Only thing I could complain about is it was not ocean front, but we could walk to the beach, so really no complaints. Manzinita is a great little town.

I have to be honest. In less than 5 min upon arrival the doorbell rang and we were greeted by the owner who asked to come inside so they could give us a tour of the entire downstairs of the home, let us know about disaster preparedness and instructions on many things. While it was nice meeting the owner we felt a slight violation of privacy and it didnt make our stay as good as it could have been. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable similar to the vrbo commercial with Nick Saban telling people what they can and can't do while visiting. The house was very nice. Beds we're a bit uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and might return.

Over Delivered On Expectations

Easily the best stay we have had. The house was very clean and it was obvious the owners take a lot of pride in the property. It was also incredibly well stocked. Every drawer was organized and the attention to details was remarkable. It felt like a home, not a rental. The location was also great.

Wonderful beach house

We loved this beach house. It was well stocked, had plenty of things to do (from puzzles to ping-pong), and was lovely. It's close to the beach and town. It really has everything and is a great price. I highly recommend staying here.
