Beautifully renovated, mid century modern beach house steps from the ocean with best ocean and Neakhanie mountain views in Manzanita.

Designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. Main floor: great room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace with open, new kitchen and half bath; master suite with king bed and heated floors in the master bath. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, bedroom with 2 full size beds & 1 single bed (bunk bed with single trundle bed that pulls out) and hall bath with floor heat; bedrooms all with beach & ocean views. Outdoor hot & cold hose bib which can be used as a shower, fire pit, lawn, patios and deck.

The house is modern, updated and very clean. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Great location and stunning sunset views. It would be nice to have more detailed instructions for the TV remotes (took about an half hour to figure out) and appliances. And maybe some newer pans and trays for cooking. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful spacious home with fabulous ocean views. Only 2 things we had an issue with— we were never able to find any heat in the master bath- not a problem in April— also we had an Amazon package mistakenly delivered to the house. Our request for help to the property manager was ignored.

Great view! Fantastic location right across from the beach, this is a near perfect rental. Renovated and clean and everything works. Comfortable and warm even when it's windy and cold outside. Easy checkin and checkout adds significant value.

The house is spotless with amazing views of the beach!We had an issue with the dryer door not locking and Bob who handles maintenance was able to make it work for us while trying to get it fixed long term. Hi, We had a great time at this vacation home. We had 8 people a baby and it had enough space to fit everyone comfortably. The views were incredible and we got so lucky with the weather. My one and only complaint was that it appeared that construction was taking place in the bathroom and in two of the bedrooms. The bathroom ceiling had plastic covering it and one bedroom had visible wood and another had a hole behind the bunk bed. We still enjoyed our stay very much, but these details would be important to share with future visitors!

We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront home in Manzanita! The views are absolutely incredible, and direct access to the beach made it easy to enjoy long walks, sunsets and storms every day.The house itself is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We especially loved the heated bathroom floors, which were such a cozy and thoughtful extra touch after coming in from the cool coastal air. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect for relaxing with family while still taking in those panoramic ocean views. Some of the pots and pans could use an update, but we had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. One thing to be aware of is that the stairs leading down to the bedrooms are fairly steep and narrow with a sturdy handrail, but there is also convenient access to the downstairs level through an outside door, which made it much easier. We enjoyed ping pong in the garage and it is a nice walk to downtown shops and restaurants.Overall, we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A beautiful spot in a great location!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. The view was amazing; the pictures don't do it justice. The house was clean with very comfy beds and seating. The kitchen is well stocked and it was easy to make a few simple meals. It rained almost our entire stay and this house was cozy and welcoming. We sat by a nice fire, watching the stunning king tides, with movies playing. Really perfect for our family. Thank you again.

We thought this place was great and would go back again. Wonderful views, steps from the beach, well equipped with dishes and pots and pans and spices, comfortable beds. Manzanita is such a lovely little town -that grocery store is amazingly well packed with everything you need and friendly folks!Suggest have some more glasses and include wine glasses, Kleenex tissue and a spray counter cleaner.

The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. The views were awesome. We crabbed, golfed, went on the beach, and hiked the cliffs, all just minutes away. We used the fireplace, the fire pit, cooked feasts, and played games, all with the ocean just a stone's throw away.
