Beautifully renovated, mid century modern beach house steps from the ocean with best ocean and Neakhanie mountain views in Manzanita.

Designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. Main floor: great room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace with open, new kitchen and half bath; master suite with king bed and heated floors in the master bath. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, bedroom with 2 full size beds & 1 single bed (bunk bed with single trundle bed that pulls out) and hall bath with floor heat; bedrooms all with beach & ocean views. Outdoor hot & cold hose bib which can be used as a shower, fire pit, lawn, patios and deck.

The house is modern, updated and very clean. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Great location and stunning sunset views. It would be nice to have more detailed instructions for the TV remotes (took about an half hour to figure out) and appliances. And maybe some newer pans and trays for cooking. Overall, highly recommended!

We thought this place was great and would go back again. Wonderful views, steps from the beach, well equipped with dishes and pots and pans and spices, comfortable beds. Manzanita is such a lovely little town -that grocery store is amazingly well packed with everything you need and friendly folks!Suggest have some more glasses and include wine glasses, Kleenex tissue and a spray counter cleaner.
